Standards-based WebQuests are grounded in historical content, and facilitate historical inquiry with digitized images of primary source documents. In addition to history process skills, many challenges reinforce other curricular areas such as Math and English and Language Arts. While learning activities were created with eighth grade students in mind, all students can benefit from taking the virtual tour and interacting with the site's primary sources. Some of the learning challenges may be better suited for more advanced students. |
