TO BE SOLD at Dorchester, on Thursday the 8th of August
next, for ready money, at public vendue, the following lots of land in
the said town, viz. No. 96 and 97, containing a quarter of an acre each;
one of which has two small houses upon it, now in possession of Mr. Axson,
Also one other lot of land, adjoining the said town, and known in the
plan by No. 26, containing by estimation two acres: Also a pew in Dorchester
church, No. 36 Belonging to the estate of Capt. Richard Baker deceased,
and seized on execution, by Charles Lowndes, Provost Marshal.
