The Subscriber's valuable Plantation,
Thirty Miles from Charles-Town, and eight from a Landing, Containing 600 Acres old Measure; one half of which is excellent Rice Swamp, the other half is fit for Indico, Corn, &c. and on it has an Overseer's House, Barn, Corn House, and every other necessary Out-building. This place is one of the best calculated for raising Stock of any Kind, of any in South Calolina [sic]; there being any extraordinary fine Range all round it. Three or four Years Credit will be given. Any Person inclinable to purchase, may apply to Mr. John Joor, at the Cypress, or to the Subscriber on Sullivan's Island. Also,
Four Rice Stores in Dorchester, sufficient to contain 400 Barrels; they are well calculated for a Dry Goods Store; apply as above
